The ResortQuest Waikiki Banyan is a family favorite resort offering extra space - extra comfort - and extra privacy - in large one-bedroom condominium suites located only two blocks from the beach in the heart of Waikiki. Our beautiful and welcoming open air lobby is graced with a waterfall fishpond and photos of *Old Hawaii* recalling our warm aloha heritage.All suites feature a fully-equipped kitchen and a large lanai. Daily maid service - of course - is provided.This is a family-friendly resort where every arriving child receives a personal welcome with a sand pail filled with surprises. Books and videos just right for kids are available when they're not using the mini playground. But every member of the family will enjoy our spacious recreation deck offering a large swimming pool - 2 hot tubs - sauna - tennis court - basketball court - barbecues and picnic area.All of the fun of Waikiki is only a few minutes walk away.*** HAWAII*S NON-SMOKING LAW ***In the interest of the good health of all our guests,employees and owners, and in compliance with the StateLaw Act 295, ALL ResortQuest Hawaii hotels and condominiumunits managed by ResortQuest Hawaii are now designatedas Non-Smoking Accommodations effective immediately.
All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.
Cancellation Policy:
Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
